It’s normally recommended you start using an exfoliant a couple times a week and work your way up to using it more often once your skin gets used to it. It’s also recommended for use in the evening because it is able to work in your skin while your skin isn’t dealing with other pollutants and irritants. As far as I know you can use it in the morning but load up on sunscreen because exfoliating leaves you sensitive to sun exposure.
In general it’s advisable to use exfoliating products at night so they can be the most effective and you are exposing yourself to the least amount of potential damage.
That being said I’ve used that product and it is very gentle exfoliating product so I wouldn’t be too worried about using it daily as long as your skin isn’t sensitive.

I completely agree with this ⬆️ My only adage is that the AHA actually does make you photosensitive, so sunscreen is a must if it's used during the day.

Hello in my opinion it's better to start slow if you never use any chemical exfoliant before you can start by using it once two three times a week first and if you already sure that the product didn't give you any bad reaction then you can use it everyday since the product is really gentle with just 0.1% percentage ☺

Yup! I've used that everyday, twice a day 😁
But if you're new to exfoliating, it's better to try twice a week first, see if there's any harm or bad things, and to let your skin get used to it first. If you think your skin is okay, and you need more or need better results, you could add the dose by using it 3 times a week or 4 times a week untik you are sure to use it everyday 😊
But it's so mild, for me, so it didn't really show A LOT of result in a short span of time. Be patient with the result 😅
