This line can purge.
You're using salysilic cleanser, salicylic toner, salicylic serum, salicylic cream.
Even I can't tolerate all of that.

Here’s a good reference to differentiate purging, breakout, irritation.

If its breakout, the acne will appear on the part that you usually dont have acne and it will leave scars on your skin. If its purging, the acne will appear on the part you usually have ance and doesn't leave scars.

here are a few ways to identify if you are purging or its breakouts:-
🔸If a product does not have an active ingredient and is causing pimples then mostly the product that you are using is clogging your pores or causing irritation.
🔸On the other hand, if the product has an active ingredient that can increase cell turnover rate for example retinol, AHAs, benzoyl peroxide, etc are causing pimples then it can be purging
🔸Purging only lasts for about a month as our skin's renewal process takes around 4-6 weeks. If the skin does not get better after using it for about 6-8 weeks then probably it is a breakout
🔸Purging generally happens in the areas where you normally tend to break out. If it is a new area where normally you don’t break out then it can be due to the new product irritating your skin or showing some kind of allergic reaction and causing breakouts
