I think it's safe, as mentioned by dr. Ingky in his video and Michelle (labmuffin) debunked this myth. Although lower percentage of acid is prescribed and it should be incorporated slowly on your routine.

You can start BHA for once a week only it might be enough.

That does seem to be the safest way to start! I’ll try it once a few days after my retinol night. Thanks for commenting ♥️♥️

Are you using the granactive every day? If not, you can use the BHA once a week on an off day.

I’m taking it super slowly so I just graduated to using it twice a week :) I’ll try to find a day between my two applications. Thanks! ♥️

I alternate every other night but I started slowly with each ingredient. Means, once a week retinol and bha for one week, than twice for the second week. In the third week I used my retinol 3x and my exfoliator 2-3 times. Slather a lot of moisture on after using each product and dont forget sunscreen.
If you realize skin dryness/damage go back to once a week with each or stop using them for 1-2 weeks until your skin settled down again.
Helpful ingredients are ceramides, niacinamide, snail mucin, propolis and green tea.💖

Oh I’ve got a long way to go until I can alternate them daily. And thanks for the sunscreen reminder!! I can’t afford to be lazy now with so many sun sensitizing products. 😬
I’ll also have to look out for a great snail mucin product ♥️♥️

If you are starting the retinol you can use it once a week just as the exfoliator but never together. I mean one night retinol, and a couple of days later the exfoliator. And don't forget to use sunscreen the morning after of both treatments.
