Hello, Family ❤ I hope you are all doing well. Do you use spot creams ? Which step are they in your routine ?

I use Adapalene as a spot treatment for my acne. I apply a thin layer after toner and serum, wait a couple minutes, then go in with my moisturizer on top :)

Hi ! I wouldnt advise using adapelene as a spot treatment. Have seen several derms advise against it. Since adapalene works by stopping pimples from forming under the skin's surface, just spot-treating existing pimples won't be effective.

I use this as a spot treatment. I put it on last in my routine because it's so thick, and leave it on overnight.

Not a cream, but I use a 5% benzoyl peroxide gel. Instructions say to put on clean, dry skin, but if that is too irritating, you can put it on after a layer of moisturizer. (Currently, I am using it 15-20 minutes before I do my pm cleanse since I’ve read that short contact therapy works with BP without al the irritation of a leave on treatment. Idk if this is recommended or not, but it’s the way I use it now)
