I would say the Salicylic Acid Cleanser from Cosrx is better if you're trying to target acne concerns and the essence from Luxe Organix is more for hyperpigmentation and brightening.

Agree with this. This toner will not cure acne

Definitely Cosrx. You would find that the other brand actually causes bumps rather than get rid of it

For acne, COSRX salicylic cleanser. But are you planning to use it with the Adapalane? Depending on your skin’s sensitivity, you might get a negative reaction even if the cosrx cleanser is a gentle one.

The ingredients of Luxe Organix are decent, but their products usually contain a lot of fragrance which may irritate your sensitive skin. There are products out there also with decent ingredients--maybe even better-- in the same price range.
