AHA and bha can be used together but that really depends on your skin if you can tolerate it.
As to washing it off it depends on the product you are using. refer to product instructions.

hmm is the AHA and BHA in the same product?? I would maybe say pick one and ease your skin in so you don’t irritate. i think aha is more surface level and gives you a nice glow and smoother skin. bha goes deeper into the skin better for blackheads and breakouts
if it’s in the same product than it’s probably fine!!

also to answer your last part bc i forgot! if it’s a toner/lotion then no need to wash off but if it’s an exfoliating mask then you probably need to wash off. always see instructions tho!

It depends on the concentration of AHA & BHA because both acids have their own function. If you use AHA & BHA toners, no need to wash them and immediately apply moisturiser. If you use AHA & BHA in the form of serum or treatment, maybe you should wash it off or for more information, read the label stated in each products. 😊
