clinique clogged pores??

I posted recently that I thought retinol had done something to my skin however I'm beginning to think it wasn't the retinol and was actually clinique take the day off cleansing balm?? Simply because the bumps have now appeared on my chin where I did not use retinol.

Maybe the balm is too thick for your skin? Consider stopping it for a while and observe if it still persists. If it stopped, then probably it's the cleansing balm

They look like clogged pores. Are you using a second cleanser after the balm to ensure it’s thoroughly washed off?

I have this too.... and i using a intense cleanser and exfoliator but it doesnt help
