Dry/Resilient
There are two eye creams that I'm currently using since two weeks ago, and I love them. I can see results the next morning, after a long day at work. I already posted a review for the Peptide eye cream from COSRX, but I will soon post one for Mizon (with pictures so that you can see the difference).
It did not only make my dark circles brighter/disappear, it actually also removes tiny little wrinkles I had under my eyes (especially the Mizon eye cream, I think I do prefer this one!).
They are both with snail mucin. The first time I used both of them, I had the same reaction: it tingled. And I was afraid that it irritates my skin. But after the first application, it's never done that again, and it works well for my eyes!

I have read an article that mentioned caffeine can help in this. I have asked this question before also and some people recommend this

I highly recommend an eye cream or serum product with caffeine. It will help you get rid of those dark circles by increasing your blood circulation. 👍

Dry/Sensitive
It depends on what causes your under eye darkness. It could be due to genetics, pigmentation, increased vascularity, lack of sleep. Address this first before finding an eye cream best suited for you 😊

If you from Indonesia, you can try Goddesskin Miracle Eye Cream (I use it now and it is very good !!!! My dark circle reduces so much) or Elsheskin eyesessential eye serum (never try, still pre ordering but the ingredients is 100% amazing, I will try it once my eye cream ran out)
Unfortunately the product got rejected by picky because they cannot find the ingredients list
