I would suggest you a cica cream like the La Roche Posay Cicaplast B5 BUUUT i suggest you go to your pharmacist and ask for advices BEFORE buying anything by yourself. They will see the burn with their own eyes and know what to recommend to you much more precisely.

I usually use soothing lotion for my burns since cooking runs in our blood and I'm not afraid of burning lol . I use topicare, it has ceramides in it but I don't know if it accessible on your country. Then when my burns are fully healed, I use TO aa+aa to lighten the marks. They lightened after few weeks of usage.
