I don't think Niacinamide can caused purging tho, so it might be too potent for you because it has 10%. Maybe you can try something lower, like 5% because it was said that 5% is already the optimal percentage for Niacinamide.
For the ones you asked, my skin break out from some by mi. I think it's because my skin barrier was compromised or it's just not suited for my skin. For now because your skin got purging or breakout, it'll be best to use something that will calm it down or just use the basic one to make sure your skin barrier won't be compromised.
You can use something with Centella Asiatica or Penthanol to calm and soothe it down first and then proceed with the one you want. The COSRX is good on my skin because it does exfoliate gently as it's in the form of wash off product.
Axis-Y is good for me, but do patch test first because your skin might not like Niacinamide too.

Im currently using the COSRX Salicylic Acid Cleanser, and it really calms my skin. But I dont think that you should use it right now that you are already purging because this product will cause another purging. I purged for about 2 weeks when I used it. I suggest that you should use a very gentle cleanser as possible. I know the feeling of experiencing purging, and it's really irritating, ugh. But please, keep calm and dont use another product while you're purging.

Hi! You mean you're purging from Niacinamide? I don't think you should be since Niacinamide doesn't increase cell turnover or something in that sense. Maybe the product isn't right for you?

You are probably right that the percentage is too high, but it most likely caused irritation or even allergic reaction, because niacinamide can’t cause purging. Please stop using the product🙏🏻
