help!!! I have a lot of blackheads in my nose and I’m starting to breakout a lot (I think due to my antidepresants)

I use a cleanser, hydrating cream, SPF, vitamin c and azelaic acid but I started breaking out and also I haven’t found anything that works for my blackheads. I don’t use the egg pore whatever, I just don’t know how to delete it :)

Please use chemical exfoliator like aha or bha! If you are new to exfoliating i suggest you to use the mild one first!
