Damaged Product on Stylevana

I just received my order today and when I opened it, one of the products (Missha Essence) which in glass bottle was broken badly like it was in pieces. The liquid wet the other products. I sent a message to their Customer Service for replacement, they might get back to me tomorrow or so. Did you ever experience this? What did you do and did it work?

ohhh no!😟😟 their customer service can take a while to get back to you! definitely contact them through Instagram dm, they seem to be quicker at replying there☺️

if they don't replace it or charge you extra for a replacement ask for a refund instead, good luck!
