Hi! As 16 year old, I suggest that you should start with the basics which is Cleanser, Toner, Moisturizer and Sunscreen. Please do not use Brilliant Skin products ever again. Their rejuvenating toner and cream received an FDA advisory because it contains tretinoin and hydroquinone. Those ingredients are not disclosed in their product packaging. And I feel that they purposely chose not to disclose it since there are customers who are aware of the side effects.ย  I'm just bothered that these products are still being sold everywhere. Hydroquinone and tretinoin can cause a lot of problems especially if they don't know how to use it thats why its important to be guided by a board certified dermatologist, I hope we can give attention to this so we can educate more people.

omg yes, i saw about the Brilliant everywhere and im quite suprised some of them might not aware about the ingredients. and someone of them knows about this but still taking the risk. I hope we can spread the awareness on how to choose safe products.

It's too harsh to use bar soap on face it might mess with your skin barrier. Choose gentle cleansers instead with low ph such as cosrx or cleanser from celeteque itself. I don't find celeteque toner special and necessary on your routine. Just use cleanser and moisturizer from celeteque and add sunscreen, budget friendly from belo

hi dear, first off I would recommend u to get a gentle cleanser that suits ur skin type. using cleanser is way better than a soap & itโ€™s more hygiene. if u r currently facing acne & tiny bumps, a cleanser that contains bha like salicylic acid would be great for treating ur skin concerns. also dear, I noticed u miss out sunscreen in ur routine. sunscreen is the most important step out of all & it plays a huge role for protecting & preventing premature aging. u donโ€™t need to get a expensive sunscreen, just chose one that u love & would stick to using it everyday is good enough. hope this helps u ๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ˜‡

that brilliant skin soap is such a no no to you especially your still 16yo try to use milds product like cethapil CeraVe! Rather than that brilliant soap try using cethapil oily skin cleanser since your skin type is oily you shouldn't forgot using moisturizer especially sunscreen and toner is not really necessary.
