i'm not actually fan of most innisfree's skincare product, but I love their apple seed cleansing oil. and I like their make up products more than their skincare products.
I think many people not using Innisfree products as much as they do before, well at least in my country they used to be super popular but now they don't, because most of their products are heavily fragranced. many people seeks for non-fragranced products now, for many reason.

yeah I think that is a primary factor. their products are fragranced. people with sensitive skin won't be able to use their products.

yeah their fragrance products can be off putting for some. i tried their no sebum sunscreen since I have oily skin but that felt too drying for me.

yeah their fragrance products can cause irritation for sensitive skin. I tried their no sebum sunscreen because of my oily skin but it was drying out my skin.
