I am not using waterproof sunscreen for daily basis, only using it for morning exercise or having a long-time outdoor activity. But when I use them, I usually cleanse my face with cleansing wipes before wudhu.

Using a gentle micellar water with cotton pads should be fine and then using a moisturizer afterwards should be fine. A gentle cleanser should be sufficient too
Since we’re going to wash our skin off, skip the water resistant sunscreen and use regular sunscreen.
Have faith in the micellar water and cleanser. It’s probably the devil that’s spreading the uncertainties that uf you have removed the sunscreen or not.
if You can’t feel it or see it, it’s no longer there.

I just thought of this while preparing for Isyak, you can also use cleansing oil to help clean your face if your face gets dry with micellar water and cleanser.
or maybe use a cotton pad with a gentle cleanser like Cerave Hydrating Cleanser which leaves my dry skin moisturized after a wash.
