The Purito has many put in one - niacinamide, centella and peptides, which can all help with restoring the skin barrier along with fading/hydrating the skin and its scarring.

If you want a purely soothing, hydrating serum, iād go for iunik or cosrx. While i really like the purito centella serum, it has niacinamide and peptides, so it may not always be compatible with whatever actives you are already using.

If you want to calm the skin the cosrx will be great.
To strengthen the skin barrier, I will opt for the Purito but be aware of the many actives and possible incompatibilities with other products.
