I used to exfoliate using scrubs in the past, but over time I learned they were stripping my skin & causing more problems, so I switched to chemical exfoliants (AHA’s, BHA’s etc..)
and that really changed my skin, also I like using a silicone cleansing brush, instead of a wash cloth because it doesn’t harbour bacteria that can potentially cause acne breakouts, it really works, my skin looks dewy & it glows now :)
