Altruist Dry Skin Repair Cream 10% Urea

So I just want a clarification, is this a Moisturizer? Can you use it for the face or it's only for the body? And if you have used it, is it too occlusive? Too heavy for maybe a morning and evening routine? Do you need a separate moistuzer with this? And lastly My skin is quite better now, I no longer am flaking and peeling, so I was wondering if I can still use it despite the fact, I'm not necessarily dry?
