Inkey List Retinol gone yellow?!

I've had the Inkey List Retinol for probably about a month and a half and I love it. Been giving myself a break from actives/retinol for a week and came back to it today to see that it has turned really yellow! Like it had a slight tinge to it before but now it's very visible. Was wondering if people think it's still okay to use? I was thinking maybe it's just broken down a bit and may be okay but is probably less effective? Need some help! Thank you xx

I would definitely check the reviews for this product and the product information on the inkey list website! some products do change colour, and is often stated in the product description whether it’s safe or not to use! I don’t have any experience with retinol, but I do know that storage for skincare products can sometimes effect the colouring, but it’s usually still safe to use! 💗

In some review photos on here it does look brighter yellow. It might need a colder storage place as it's often advised to keep retinol products in a fridge.
