Yes, this is a cleanser! Usually a 'wash' is a cleanser. And I want to echo the other answer. Be careful with using this daily as it is exfoliating.

If you are looking for an everyday facial wash, You can use the Celeteque Hydration Facial wash instead. This one is not harsh on the skin and would give you a clean hydrating feeling after every use. Then you can use the celeteque exfoliating facial wash every other day. You can alternate them.
