So obviously the different between the toner and ampoule is their ingredients, func and texture.
Toner:
- contains 75% centella Asiatica (if I'm not mistaken) + PHA
- the water consistentcy is like a general toner
- this helps to remove dead skin cells and make a clear skin
Ampoule:
- contains 100% centella asiatica
- helps to reduce the redness and irritation
- it has a viscous liquid that easily glides on your skin

ampoules is much more concentrated and it targets specific concerns (depending on the ingredients/components of the ampoule)
For application, after washing, you apply the toner first (using a cotton pads or your hands), then your ampoule (3 drops usually, on each side of face and forehead, then tap gently for absorption), then you can go with the rest of your routine: eye cream, moisturizer, sunscreen @ day (sleeping mask @night)

the toner has PHA so it can be gentle exfoliator but the ampoule just has one ingredient (cmiiw), its centella asiaticq extract. the ampoule is really good and it can control my acne. So I use it on am and pm routine

I’d like to point out too since I couldn’t quite remember until checking after posting this, that I’ve noticed that the toner has several ingredients while the ampoule has one. So if someone would like to go into more detail with that if they so happen to know I’d appreciate it!
