Product recommendations for Dry Patches

I started to get these red, rough, dry patches on my face. I think it might be a mild case of an eczema patch. Does anyone have any recommendations that you think would help? Any scar creams? Acids? Anything would help!😊

Definitely slugging with a petroleum jelly based product like vaseline or aquaophor! This Essence will sink into the skin and hydrate it so so deeply, you can layer it a hundred times and feel nothing at alll and it’s free of any and all irritants.
