retinol doesn't work

Heyy💕 I have been using retinol 0.025 for like one month now I am using 0.05 like 2 weeks I can't see any different from day one it's my normal skin nothing changed I have some pores and acne not much and nothing happened to them Hope u help me

it takes up to 24 weeks to see results from using retinol, be patient

I don't wanna randomly suggest to up your percentage. What retinol are you using? I started with 0.5% from the ordinary and i purged. And now I'm using the cos de baha one to treat my acne, it's pretty effective so far.

looks like you’re using tretinoin (which is different and much stronger than retinol). With tret, you really need to be patient. Maybe at the 6 week mark you can see improvement in acne. tret is a marathon, so don’t expect results immediately, especially since your acne isn’t that severe. If you want to increase intensity, you can try applying it to dry skin and/ or apply it more frequently. ☺️
