Help me with my Fungal Acne

I had the same issue with my forehead and this is the one i used. It's pretty effective since the bumps flatten already and on the verge of disappearing. It's pretty affordable too. The Cosrx one is effective for me as well but it's kinda hit or miss for someone else.
