You can if you like to! There are hydrating and moisturising toners out there that will benefit dry skin type a lot with added hydration and moisture. Dry skin may want to avoid the traditional astringent/ oil-controlling types of toners though.

Yes! Toners help giving the extra hydration. Toners that have allantoin, panthenol, hyaluronic acid, cica etc. are great for soothing and calming skin ๐

are you referring to the astringent, full of alcohol kind of toner? Those are definitely something you should avoid.
However, there are many hydrating toners for you to choose from! Iโll link some that Iโve used and enjoyed.
Then thereโs also exfoliating toners too. These help gently remove the top layer of dead skin cells to help reveal a brighter, softer complexion.
