what is the way to treat the skin during purging?🤔

for me is just stay hydrated, and go to basic skincare. use any calming ingredients will also helps a lot. i often use centella.

i would say just to avoid direct sunlight so you dont get burns and avoid harsh ingredients and picking at your face, other than that keep using your products and expect clear skin soon :)

i will try to keep things simple. only cleansing, moisturizing and spf. also use mild and gentle product
