Is this an official picky page?

Hi I just wanted to make sure this was an official picky page. They followed me a few hours ago. And I haven’t heard anything about it which is why I’m not sure

EDIT: I’m glad everyone is saying they’re a fake account they definitely are! I’ve reported them and both messaged the official picky page on Instagram as well as emailed them so if you happen to have the chance to also report them I think that would be really good

Also I was curious if they would try to reach out with me which is why I followed back, and I’ll post photos in the comments because they’re trying to scam people into thinking they’ve won giveaways! PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS
