i would go with a chemical exfoliator, just because physical exfoliators can be harsh and contain problematic ingredients. i’ll leave some suggestions below❤️❤️ there’s really soooo many options to choose from, just make sure you really ease into using chemical exfoliators and do some research so that you don’t irritate your sensitive skin.

Try this, I have oily/sensitive skin too and this one is quite mild on skin, perfect for beginners. I stopped using physical exfoliator years ago after finding out chemical exfoliator works better on my skin 😁
