REVIEW ON TIAM SNAIL & AZULENE WATER ESSENCE

TIA’M - Snail & Azulene Water Essence 🐌 💫 🍀 I was lucky to be chosen as one of the reviewers and to express my honest thoughts on their Snail & Azulene Water Essence! Volume: 180ml Product: South Korea 🔑 Key Ingredients: - Snail secretion filtrate (87%): Conditioning - Azulene (chamomile extract): Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. - Betaine: Moisturizing - Allantoin: Soothing - Panthenol: Strengthen skin barrier - Lactobacillus/soybean/saccharomyces: Ferment filtrates for skin conditioning - Free of alcohol, paraben and artificial fragrance. 💭 My personal thought: I have been using for a week and in order to obtain clearer result, I solely focus on this essence together with my face wash only. I use it in the morning and evening too. I have realized that this is a thick liquid which I do not require to use cotton pads when applying to my skin. The texture slightly thicker than usual essence and slimy as it contains snail mucin. Although it is free of artificial fragrance, however, the ingredient of Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Oil and Anthemis Nobilis Flower Extract are the “fragrant” ingredient which for me, there is still slightly fragrance which I do mind about it as I was super particular on total fragrance-free product. Upon application, there is no stinging sensation at all despite me having sensitive skin as it contains calming, soothing and anti-inflammatory effect. I run a quick absorption test upon application on my face, within 1 minute, I do feel a slight sticky on my face, and after 5 minutes it completely absorbs into my skin without any sticky feeling at all. There is no oily or greasy feeling and it does not irritate my skin. As mentioned beforehand, I had stopped using my usual skincare routine and I realized that this essence actually does slightly act as moisturizer too because I have combination to oily skin. So, I could sometimes skip my moisturizer too. In the ingredient list, I do realize mostly contained conditioning ingredients, thus, it could really help hydrate and nourish the skin. 🪧 Recommend? Anyone who seek for calming, light, moisturizing and anti-inflammatory essence. Perfect for all skin type including sensitive skin!
