Chapped lips are one of those issues that I believe there are so many inexpensive products that work so well, you don’t need to find some crazy expensive and unique product for. The products that the other comments have suggested are great, also finding an spf lip protectant for sun protection, and always stay hydrated! I’ve tagged a couple popular American brands but any with spf will do!

Hi! I used petroleum jelly for years until it suddenly started making my lips more chapped. So I started using lip products which really helped. The more affordable the better, so at night I use the Klavuu lip sleeping pack. I got it at YesStyle for $8 and it lasts quite a long time. In the morning I have the Hawaiian Tropic spf50 lip balm, got it for $2 at Walmart. Sometimes gotta reapply midday but this is what has been working for me.
