i always try to declutter my skincare like every month. if i dont like the product or if i dont see myself will use it in the next 3 months then i will just give it away to my friends or sell it again on e-commerce here. sometimes I share it with my lil cousin, mom or my dad too.

pretty much what the others have said xD of I can, I'll use it on my hands or body otherwise gift it to friends and family :') same with samples if I'm just not interested in the product
