Walmart beauty box nightmare

so 6 weeks ago I ordered my Walmart Beauty Box five bucks you're supposed to get six to eight samples or trial size things great deal except it took 6 weeks to get here and then when it finally did I had two trial size CeraVe one is a face scrub and the other is a 50 SPF tinted moisturizer and Essie nail polish in a really obnoxious red and a deep plum lipstick from Almay. now I know five bucks is five bucks I didn't have the highest of expectations but my nail polish was leaking not to the point where you can't use it but enough so it's obnoxious. the lipstick is so not my color. I have tried to email the people that run Walmart's Beauty Box a couple of times no answer whatsoever there's no customer service and for some reason when I go to the website it does not allow me to go because it says that it is not a secure website. has anybody else experienced this nightmare with Walmart Beauty Box or is it just me and my bad luck?
