SOS on Propolis Synergy Pad from COSRX

Hey guys! Anyone bought this propolis synergy pad before? Why my bottle doesn’t have excess solution inside it? Is that normal? Because I saw many other products, there are a lot of solution in the container. And this is the first time I bought toner pad so I’m unsure. Thanks!!

I think it's normal - probably pads absorbed the whole essence.

the top part seems okay. but I’m scared when I reached the bottom all the essence will be gone / evaporated cause of constant opening
