barrier repair moisturizers for oily skin

i recently dipped too much into exfoliation and product testing that i damaged my skin barrier and i'm thinking of doing the essentials method (cleanser, moisturizer, spf) and i've been searching for a moisturizer that soothes the skin and repairs my skin barrier. but i have oily skin so shea butter and other overly nourishing creams can clog my pores and or make my skin oilier so if you have any recommendations, i would love to hear them! thank you so much!
