how to make milia acne gone from under eye, nose area and chin

I didn’t get the best produk and it can heal after i do some laser on my face. I try so many product and it really frustrating me.. please any advice for this?

Have you tried any exfoliants? BHA is great for that.

i am trying but it given me irritate on my skin. redness and feel burn using BHA but it’s fine too using PHA
