My skin is dry but OILY too, not just t zone but whole face

may i ask did u feel your skin dry inside but oily outside? and ,, does your skin looks dull? is that like that? if so, your skin type may be oily and u concerns to dehydrated skin which is lack of water. try go for product which contains hyaluronic acid then. u can try to add hydrating toner in your skincare routine too. to reduce the oil ness, try exfoliate your skin 2 to 3 times a week.

your skin is probably dehydrated. the products you are already are very good tho🤔 maybe try to layer your toner. do you know the 7 skin method? it's a method when you apply several layers of hydrating toner. one layer, you pat your skin gently...then the 2nd layer and so on. until you feel you skin is plump. usually 3 to 5 layers are enough. but it's up to you and how your skin feels. this method helped me months ago when my skin was also dehydrated. OR you can try the Premium Essence by HADALABO. This is THE essence i like to use when my skin is very thirsty.

What cleanser & toner do you use? And the climate you're in now?

I think you have the same skin type as me. It's called combination skin. I find gels to work the best not creams. Sometimes I use 2 different moisturizers on the different parts of my face, maybe you can try that
