Routine with atopic eczema

Hello, I'm looking for recommendations of how to improve my skin care routine. Or just general opinion and advice what to do. My current routine: Morning: water eucerin face cream for atopic skin eucerin Q10 eye cream eucerin SPF 30 uriage thermal water lip balm with spf Evening: cerave foam cleanser with konjac sponge eucerin face cream for atopic skin eucerin Q10 eye cream uriage thermal water lip balm What should I change? or add? A lot of stuff is off the table for me since I have atopic eczema. Thank you all!
