No, absolutely NOT. As much as i dislike Garnier products, their micellar water ISN'T carcinogenic. This is absolute non sense and false. 100% FALSE, don't worry.
That said, i prefer using cleansing oil or cleansing balm as the first cleanser.

I also prefer cleansing oils. Planning to use this only on lips. Will use the Clinique one for face

I was using it for quite some time and it was very good for cleaning make-up without causing any problems on my skin.

I used it before and pimple pop out, also feel uncomfortable for eye even after rinse out

I used it for some time and tbh I think is not a good option for sensitive skin :( it caused me little pimples all over my cheeks and even make some areas itchy... it depends of the person I think, but I recommend you to make sure to rinse it well with water just in case ♡
