Garnier Micellar Water Safe?

Hey guys, I just bought the Garnier Micellar Water to use for my makeup( especially lips). I have been using the Clinique balm but it doesn't work well on my lip products. My mother said the Garnier Micellar Water is said to be unsafe and carcinogenic. Is that true?

No, absolutely NOT. As much as i dislike Garnier products, their micellar water ISN'T carcinogenic. This is absolute non sense and false. 100% FALSE, don't worry. That said, i prefer using cleansing oil or cleansing balm as the first cleanser.

I was using it for quite some time and it was very good for cleaning make-up without causing any problems on my skin.

I used it for some time and tbh I think is not a good option for sensitive skin :( it caused me little pimples all over my cheeks and even make some areas itchy... it depends of the person I think, but I recommend you to make sure to rinse it well with water just in case ♡
