Are these not the same cleanser? I think a few ingredients are adjusted to meet EU/global regulations in one of them otherwise I think they’re the same, just depends which country you’re in.

These are different - the SA Smoothing cleanser is less drying and would definitely be better for dry skin. I personally use it daily, but my skin is oily and resilient and can take it. It provides gentle exfoliation and helps with overall texture. It cleanses very well.
I'd say start with a couple of times a week and increase the frequency if needed and of your skin is doing ok.

I use the SA cleanser and it helps reduce my breakouts a lot! I did have one or two days of breaking out extra on it and then it cleared up. I use it as a pm cleanser after a day of sweat and mask wearing.
