I prefer to stick to fine mists - I use them before makeup and during the day. Make sure you don't leave mist drops on your skin - gently pat the skin to prevent dehydration (water on surface of the skin can attract water from the skin to the outer layers of the skin). You won't get pimples if you spray mist onto your foundation. PS. I also like to spray my legs and hands during the night if it's too warm in the room - it helps me sleep.
