yes my sister didn’t receive email too like you but we contacted picky about this and they said we should wait for a week and they will eventually send the email to the remaining ones taht didn’t receive it yestery

I had a skin1004 voucher and the way I added the code was go to "My Voucher," then Input Promo Code. It will then automatically be added to the product it is for.
