Centella is pretty popular along with niacinamide. Personally I find heartleaf(houttuynia cordata) to be more soothing for me than centella so you might want to check that out too. My oily skin seems to love snail mucin and anything with green tea in it as well. Exfoliation is also great, you can look for products with BHA in them.
Also products shouldn't be harsh on your skin, if they are then they'll probably do damage than care.

I would say niacinamide and salicylic acid. these 2 are great for oily and acne prone skin. ingredients like green tea and cica provides calming effect to irritated/inflamed skin

maybe mugwort, heartleaf, calendula, tamanu or moringa can be an option too? or have you ever tried sbm red tea tree toner? I havent tried it but I heard its claim for hypersensitive skin. Maybe you can check some review for it xoxo
