it looks like clogged pores, I do have it sometimes.
I love doing double cleansing on my skin with Micellar water and followed by facial foam ( personally I would like avoiding oil based products and my skin always has lots of tiny bumps and clogged pores after using oil products even I already double cleansed it), use the gentle product (I always avoid fragrance & alcohol this ingredients always sensitize my skin but if you love it sure go ahead then), incorporate the active ingredient : salicylic acid 2% is my hero ingredient, love how it works on my acne & clogged pores, hydrating products is a must and sunscreen.

that's closed comedones.have you ever exfoliate your skin?if no you should exfoliate your skin 2/3 times a week.here are some products recommendations.

I exfoliate my skin with cosrx clarifying toner and hydrate it with hatomogi. Is there a cause with the wrong product?

True. it looks like clogged pores. and if they occur in your full face then they can be known by the name fungal acne or malassezia.
🔆there are many YouTube videos on this topic as well as a particular site dedicated to tell you what products work for you and what won't in this case. you can also check one of Liah Yooh's video on the same topic which helped me a lot.
🔆 i used salicylic acid cleanser/ bha toners and propolis moisturizer and face masks when I was going through this problem.
🔆 I also used honey turmeric face mask on alternate days to tackle it.
for this mask, you can mix honey, turmeric in curd and apply it on your face. leave it for 15-20 mins and then wash it off. do this 2-3 times a week. it really works .
