Same😭 I personally don't use strong acids/treatments since I'm breastfeeding and I'm not sure if it has effects(I haven't gone to a derma yet) so for now I'm obsessing about soothing and calming products. Centella, mugwort, and heartleaf are very great extracts to look out for. Niacinamide is another top tier ingredient great for acne care. Alsoo, I find regular exfoliation to be helpful(2-3x max per week).
