can toner be used on legs ??

My legs haven't seen much sun in about 2 years. They are very white and the skin is thin. Iv got varicose veins starting all over my legs. Up on my thighs to. :( im only 41 , i have Haru Haru Wonder black rice Hyaluronic acid toner and fit pads & iv got my dewy tree anti pollution & spf 50+ coming. I will be getting some sun on my legs. I was thinking it be be beneficial to use some toner on my leg skin ???????? Iv also got some booty drops and sculpting cream with caffeine coming. Maybe that would be better. I noticed that its not just the skin on my face that needs care. Its my whole body skin ,my feet ,my legs and thighs ,my booty ............... WHAT DO YOU USE FOR THE SKIN ON YOUR BODY ,NOT JUST A BODY WASH OR MOISTURIZER , DO YOU USE TONERS ON YOUR LEGS AND ARMS????? Lets hear those tips and experiences picky💓 family. I red one review of a toner that worked so well on their face to clean left on impurities, they used it as an all over treatment! THERE ARE NOT RULES WITH SKIN CARE OTHER THAN DONT STICK IN EYES LOL !!! ONLY SUGGESTED USES , WHAT WORKS FOR YOU MAY ALSO WORK FOR OTHERS 😎🙋‍♀️😁💓👏🤗

I think most skincare can be used on body too 🤣.. I use toner and moisturizer all over my body

I use my skincare products on my body sometimes but I mostly used my exfoliating toners on my strawberry legs and bumps.

I use foam cleansers and aloe vera gel on my legs especially when I shave. 😂 I mostly use skincare products that doesn't suit my skin around my body also. 😬

I’ve been using a green tea toner all over my body because I passed the PAO date by a little and my facial skin was noticing it 😂. So far it’s doing what it did for my face! My skin feels a little softer 🥰
