COSRX - Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser Review

Hi guys I am sharing with you my first product review in detail. I was so nervous about this. I did a lot of research about its ingredients, the benefits of each, its suitability and more. But this review was a brief about my experience with this product after using it for more than 2 years. Product: Low Ph Good morning Gel Cleanser Brand: @cosrx My skin : Oily, Acne-prone Product Info: ·         Qty/ MRP- 150 ml/ Rs 850 ·         Texture: It is a gel cleanser and turns foamy when mixed with water ·         When to Use: Twice daily My Experience: I had a good experience with this cleanser. It was the first product I tried from COSRX and I fell in love with the brand after this. It is my HG cleanser. PROS ·         Moisturizing: It has a large number of moisturizing ingredients because of which I could feel my face becoming soft and moisturized after using it. It did not dry out my face even though I have dehydrated skin. ·         Acne-Fighting: It has tea tree leaf oil and betaine salicylate in the ingredient list which helped heal my acne to some extent when used over a period of time. It did reduce the frequency of new acne occurring on my face.   However, the percentage of Betaine Salicylate is quite low in this so it is still a gentle cleanser and cant provide high exfoliation to the skin as compared to salicylic acid cleansers. ·         Redness reduced:  It also contains number of skin soothing and antioxidant ingredients which helped control inflammation on my skin when I paired this with other products from the same brand. CONS ·         It is a little drying on the skin in winters. ·         It comes in a tube packaging so it tends to spill a little and more so when you carry it during traveling so seal it nicely when you travel.   Conclusion:  After using it for 2 years, I can clearly see the difference it has had on my skin. It was a game changer in my routine & helped reduce my acne over time.  Would I recommend ?: Yes *Note: My experience might be different to yours because we all have different skin types & are inherently different people so these are opinions based on my experiences with these products.
