Double cleanser help

Yes, you can use the same cleanser on both routines!!! For double cleansing, you can choose between cleansing oils or cleansing balms as your first cleanse! Normally, I only double cleanse at night to cleanse off all the sunscreen residue and makeup(I don't wear it every day)!!! Check these products out

I do one cleanse in the morning and a double cleanse in the evening to get rid of make up/SPF etc. I use a balm for my first cleanse, and then whatever I want for the second (usually something to target any skin problems I’m having at the time). When my skin is feeling extra sensitive, these are my go to’s.

Some skin expert told me not to double cleanse as it may destroy my skin barriers & made my skin to be more sensitive. However, without double cleanse (as she told me) actually made my skin worst. The sunscreen is not cleanse completely which in the end brought me to deal with pores concern. As conclusion, do what you feels good and useful on yourself.

I have sensitive skin too and finding the right cleanser can be hard! I personally try to avoid essential oils and fragrance because they tend to irritate me. this is why I love this cleansing oil: no frills :) I use it as a first cleanser at night and follow it up with a water-based cleanser, but people who are very dry can probably use this cleansing oil alone ☀️/🌙
