Adapalene can be very drying, maybe try looking for a light cream moisturizer for nighttime.

I'm assuming you're from the Philippines as well, since you tagged celeteque. This is what I use(all day glow), has ceramides in it. Great for repairing/keeping the skin barrier well and protected. Available on shopee, just search it up.
