I think it’s important to ask your skin tone :) I have very fair skin so for me 30 spf would likely be too low

Spf 30 is the lowest recommended sunscreen, and it is best for the winter months. Really in the summer you need a spf45 or more. and unless it's an all day one, it will need reapplied throughout the day xx

The more, the best but Spf 30 is good. It depends on your skin color and where you live.
