Post acne marks are bit different than PIH, what works for them are: azelaic acid, EGCG (catechin found in green tea), Caffeine. I also like to use Vitamin C and tranexamic acid on them, eventually go for glycolic acid over 10% concentration (GA is the most active AHA, but it needs to be in concentration above 10% to have exfoliating properties).
If you want to try professional treatments then some retinoid treatments, microdermabrassion or acids should work well.
